Antique 14” VINTAGE RAILROAD ENAMEL PORCELAIN LADLE, MARKED "N & W". Used a long time ago on the Norfolk & Western, it is easy to imagine some poor track crew in the mountains of West Virginia using this to slake their thirst in the middle of a long summer laying track to the coal mines...this shows signs of it's long life, with the blue enamel marking fading, and some rust spots where the porcelain chipped or wore off. Still functional, for whatever dipping you might need to do.
14" long, bowl is 4.25" round and about 2.25" tall.
