"The Son of Mouse" c. 2006 In his bespoke suit and bowler (hat), a dapper Mickey Mouse stands behind the apple in an homage to René Magritte's iconic 1964 painting "The Son of Man" on this fanciful gold-finished collector's pin. One in a series celebrating classic art with a Disney twist, this inspired collectible is a Disney Auctions exclusive in a limited edition of 100 oversize pins. Mickey is in a gray suit, red tie, white shirt and white gloves looking at a green apple. SIZE: approx. 2" x 2.5" MATERIALS: base metal, hard enamel The other individual pins from the set (45979)are: 45980, 45983, 45984, 45985 and 45986.
If pins are not in great condition, I will list the defect in the Condition section.  I try my hardest to weed out fakes and scrappers.  If you receive a pin that you feel is not authentic, please message me immediately for a refund.
