This is brand new and was never used. This is in new looking condition and comes with the test paper. This was made for EMD by Metermod Instrument of Long Island City,N.Y. This came from a gentleman that worked at the EMD LaGrange,IL locomotive plant. He helped close the plant down and ended up with many items. I list this as used because it does not come in the original box. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.
