Northern Pacific Railroad, Railroad hardware, smaller signal related

Description

Northern Pacific (I think) railroad hardware.  Is stamped N.P.S.1   Is slightly smaller than typical hardware.  The key cover is slightly bent and does rest straight up and down.    See photos for more info.  I think this might be signal box related.
