ROYAL COPENHAGEN Blue Fluted Full Lace PIERCED Plate 1 / 1099 - Old Restoration

Description

Up for bid is a 1st quality serving plate in the pattern called “Blue Fluted Full Lace”.  This pattern was made by Royal Copenhagen of Denmark.  It is a gorgeous piece with the reticulated or pierced edge. The plate measures about 9 1/8” across the widest portion and stands about 1 1/4” tall.  It is marked on the base with the Royal Copenhagen wave and 1 / 1099.  There are also the decorators’ initials and Danmark.
This piece has been hand washed for your immediate display.
There are no chips, cracks, or crazing.
There is an old restoration on two of the outside lobes.
We found it when we cleaned and inspected the piece.
The area needs to be redone.
When inspected under bright light, the surfaces are clean with little signs of use.
