Vintage Sheriff Police   Safety Speed leather handcuff holder
This is from my Father's estate.
He lived near the Ocean in California collecting Nautical items.
He also served in the Air Force,  LA County Sheriff's deputy in the 70's
and as a volunteer firefighter.
